A cell-exchangeable microbial fuel cell for sustaining energy production, and a cell patch for a microbial fuel cell. The cell patch for a microbial fuel cell according to the present invention comprises a hydrogel and a cell cluster located in the hydrogel, and is attached to and detached from an electrode including a micro probe array of a microbial fuel cell. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily attach and detach a cell patch supplying a cell and an energy source to an electrode of a microbial fuel cell, thereby providing a cell patch capable of continuing energy production with a simpler energy supply system. In addition, it is possible to provide a cell exchange type microbial fuel cell having an increased energy efficiency density by directly extracting high-energy electrons by inserting electrodes into cells.
