Provided are a cell-exchange microbial fuel cell for sustainable energy production and a cell patch for the microbial fuel cell. The cell patch for the microbial fuel cell according to the present invention includes a hydrogel and a cell cluster located in the hydrogel, and is detachably attached to an electrode including a micro-probe array of the microbial fuel cell. According to the present invention, the cell patch that supplies cells and an energy source is easily attached to and detached from the electrode of the microbial fuel cell, so that the cell patch capable of performing the sustainable energy production with a simpler energy supply system is provided. In addition, the cell-exchange microbial fuel cell having increased energy efficiency density is provided by directly extracting high-energy electrons by inserting the electrode into the cells.
