The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for a protruding sign board and, more particularly, to an LED lighting device for a protruding sign board, which achieves stability and removes the dead angle of light by solving the problem of a light-emitting lamp used in a conventional protruding sign board. The LED lighting device for a protruding sign board is configured such that a fixing bracket is integrally fixed to the center of a base frame having a coupling frame formed of integrally protruding peripheries, and a lighting device is coupled to the fixing bracket to be attachable and detachable. The fixing bracket is rivetted to be integrally fixed to the center of the base frame having the coupling frame formed of the integrally protruding peripheries and a coupling hole having a fine thread screw formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof is formed in the center of the fixing bracket. The lighting device is formed of a light-emitting lamp constructed by attaching, with silicone, at least three LED modules consecutively in the longitudinal direction and in the circumferential direction on the outer surface of a lamp bar formed of a circular pipe. A finishing cap is integrally coupled to a free end of a side of the lamp bar wherein the free end of the side is opposite to a side of the lamp bar on which the fixing bracket is installed. An LED module emitting light in the direction directed by the free end of the lamp bar is attached to the finishing cap. LED modules attached to the outer surface of the lamp bar in the longitudinal direction are inclined forward and backward, so that the inclined directions of the LED modules provided on the adjacent lateral surfaces are not aligned with one another, thereby emitting light while facing each other.
