The preset invention relates to an electrochemical bio-sensor and airborne bio particle sensing equipment using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electrochemical bio-sensor comprises: a substrate; a counter electrode formed on the substrate and a reference electrode opposite to the counter electrode to be formed and spaced from the counter electrode; and a working electrode formed to be spaced between the counter electrode and the reference electrode. Moreover, the electroosmotic flow is generated, and the working electrode has antibodies.
