The present invention relates to a method for constructing a safety guide joint of a tile using a safety guide joint grout, and relates to the method for constructing a safety guide joint of a tile using a safety guide joint grout which has a safety guide function and shortens a construction time. The present invention reduces construction and curing time through the method for constructing a safety guide joint, thereby capable of preventing defects such as foreign matter jamming in the curing process after construction and a bubble phenomenon due to moisture. In addition, a surrounding environment can be grasped through the safety guide joint between tiles in the dark, thereby enabling escape of emergency through light through the safety guide joint in case of power failure due to earthquake or fire. The present invention comprises: a step of removing foreign matters in a lower portion layer (S11); a first step of manufacturing the safety guide joint grout (S12); a first step of coating the safety guide joint grout (S13); and a first step of curing (S13).
