The SPH-based rainfall simulation method according to an embodiment of the present invention and the rainfall simulation platform configured to execute the SPH-based rainfall simulation platform may represent the material condition data of the rainfall area input by the user as a plurality of boundary structures, The moving path of the rainwater to the rainfall area is calculated by reflecting the external condition data influencing the result of the rainfall simulation according to the characteristics of each boundary structure of the rainwater, and the moving path of the rainwater is visualized and displayed by the particle. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of simulating near-real-world conditions by simulating rainfall simulations by inputting external condition data and material condition data from a user and simulating them in a condition very similar to actual rainfall conditions.;
