The present invention relates to a Cordyceps militaris cultivation container capable of making outer air flow into upper and lower cases while preventing bacteria from breaking into the upper and lower cases during Cordyceps militaris cultivation, and also, conveniently collecting cultivated Cordyceps militaris by enabling the upper and lower cases to be easily combined and separated. The upper case is formed in the upper part of the lower case to enable Cordyceps militaris to be cultivated in the upper and lower cases, and the upper case is conveniently combined with or separated from the upper part of the lower case to enable the completely cultivated Cordyceps militaris in the upper and lower cases to be conveniently collected. A cap comprising lower and upper finishing caps is formed in the upper part of the upper case, and a filter part is formed between the lower and upper finishing caps to enable outer air to flow into the upper and lower cases while preventing external bacteria from entering the cases.
