The present invention relates to a learning tool for searching for work values. The learning tool for searching for work values comprises: a plurality of work value cards (110) having an image of a work value on the front surface thereof and a name of a work value and a description on the rear surface thereof to introduce a plurality of work values; a game board (120) on which members of each group spread all the work value cards (110) and draw one by one of the cards to utilize the same in an auction game when the members play the auction game of work values; a plurality of currencies (140) used to play the game; a plurality of auction number plates (150) used to participate in bidding; an auction hammer (160) used to declare that any work value won the bid; activity papers (170a, 170b) enabling the user to write what the user thought after the auction activity and to conduct follow-up activities; a plurality of work value stickers (130) capable of selectively being attached to the activity papers (170a, 170b); and an activity manual (180) for activities.
