The present invention relates to a nurse emergency call smart system of a sanatorium, which enables a nurse to quickly respond to an emergency call by easily notifying a place where an emergency happens to a nurse when an emergency situation occurs to a patient in the sanatorium. The present invention comprises: a plurality of wearable devices which are worn by each patient individually and output a nurse call signal by operation of a patient or output a patient emergency signal by measuring a biosignal including a respiration rate or a heart rate; a plurality of receivers which are installed in many places including the hospital ward, corridor, and toilets of a hospital and receive the nurse call signal or the patient emergency signal outputted from the wearable device through a wireless communication network; a central controller which collects the nurse call signal or the patient emergency signal from each receiver and controls the overall operation of the system depending on the collection resu and a main receiver which is installed in nurse rooms of a hospital, is operated by the control signal of the central controller, and displays patient information and a patient location depending on the nurse call signal or the patient emergency signal.
