A programming education system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a memory that stores step-by-step programming problems, M test data for one programming problem, and M correct data corresponding to the M test data, and a processor which executes a learner process by driving an answer program submitted by a learner with respect to the programming problem, obtains learner′s answer data by inputting the test data into a learner process, compares the learner′s answer data with correct answer data, and provides scoring information to the leaner. The processor may provide the learner with m-th test data and m-th correct answer data and/or m-th learner answer data if the m-th learner answer data does not match the m correct answer data.
