The present invention relates to an aboard taking-off and landing means of a vertically taking-off and landing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), including: a first face-to-face detachment means formed on a landing gear of a UAV; and a second face-to-face detachment means corresponding to the first face-to-face detachment means, detached from or attached to the first face-face detachment means by predetermined coupling force, and formed on an aboard landing zone. More particularly, the present invention relates to an aboard taking-off and landing means of a vertically taking-off and landing UAV which is configured to, when a UAV having the take-off weight of 200 kg or less is taken-off and landed aboard, assist the UAV to be easily taken-off or landed using a face-to-face detachment means such as Velcro.
