The present invention relates to a patient safety management system and, more specifically, to a patient safety management system based on location determination which installs a beacon at each zone of a hospital wherein the beacon periodically transmits location information, enables smart shoes to receive the location information wherein the patient wears the smart shoes, and informs a manager such as a nurse or a protector of a location of the patient, thereby enabling the manager to find the location of the patient to perform safety management of the patient.
