The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating TMEM100 protein-containing hematopoietic disorders, and more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating hematopoietic disorders comprising a TMEM100 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the same, A method for preventing or treating hematopoietic disorders, a food composition for improving hematopoietic disorders comprising a TMEM100 protein or a polynucleotide encoding the same, and a feed composition.The TMEM100 protein of the present invention promotes the proliferation or differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, promotes the development of red blood cells or lymphocyte cells, and helps the development of the liver, spleen or bone marrow, which controls the hematopoiesis, so that the hematopoietic process normally occurs. Therefore, the TMEM100 protein can be usefully used as a therapeutic agent for hematopoietic disorders related diseases.
