A condom for improving sexual pleasure, according to the present invention, comprises: a body part for wrapping a male's penis; a wearing ring mounted on an open side of the body part and fixed so as to encompass the penis; a fixing ring arranged in parallel with the wearing ring such that a central shaft thereof matches with the wearing ring, and spaced in the far direction from the body part and fixed so as to encompass the penis; and an epidermis holder coupled so as to connect the wearing ring and the fixing ring, thereby fixing the epidermis positioned between the wearing ring and the fixing ring. The condom according to the present invention can fix the epidermis in order to prevent the epidermis from rolling inside the body part that wraps the penis, thereby enabling the sexual pleasure of a user to improve, and can stably fix the epidermis even if there is a deviation in the amount of epidermis that should be fixed, thereby having excellent usability.
