The present invention relates to a free trade agreement (FTA) origin status determination speed improvement processing system and processing method which use a base amount method, and the present invention performs an origin status determination for a plurality of sales conditions in the same way through a one-time base amount calculation even when the same product is sold under various sales conditions (price and the like), thereby enabling an operation processing speed of an origin status determination system to be more improved. In addition, the present invention determines, in a timely manner, whether there is a preferential tariff benefit through rapid origin status determination so as to increase the maximization of FTA utilization and opposition power against a post approval inspection, thereby widely contributing to industrial development.
