The present invention provides a rice bran wax composition comprising 50 to 150 parts by weight of a rice bran oil and 10 to 50 parts by weight of stearic acid. Employing a rice bran oil, a rice bran wax composition according to the present invention shows uniform and flat combustion and does not generate soot upon burning. The composition is harmless to the human body thanks to no chemical additives therein and can be molded by a consumer in a do-it-yourself (DIY) manner into natural rice bran candles which allows various indoor expressions. According to a method for preparing a natural rice bran candle of the present invention, a rice bran wax composition can be prepared into a rice bran wax in a cream or solid type and the prepared rice bran wax can be molded into a rice bran candle. Hence, natural rice bran candles of various shapes can be produced to suit the preferences of consumers, thereby maximizing the satisfaction of the consumers. The prepared natural rice bran candles has outstanding combustion efficiency, is stable for a long period of time, and does not produce soot, thereby finding easy applications in various circumstances such as use in homes, business places, event spots, etc.
