A water quality detection method, device, system and a water quality detection pen. The method comprises: when detecting that a water quality detection task is triggered, detecting an aqueous solution to be detected to obtain data of pH value, data of total amount of dissolved solids and data of temperature value of the aqueous solution to be detected (S101); converting the obtained data of pH value, data of total amount of dissolved solids and data of temperature value to display data of pH value, display data of total amount of dissolved solids and display data of temperature value (S102); displaying the display data of pH value, display data of total amount of dissolved solids and display data of the temperature value on a built-in display screen (S103). By placing detection probes for detecting pH value, total amount of dissolved solids and temperature of water quality in the water quality detection pen, a user can simultaneously detect the three parameters of water quality using the water quality detection pen, so that the convenience and detection efficiency of water quality detection are increased and the viscosity of product is increased.
