A first configuration information calculation unit 61 calculates, on the basis of sales results for a target store during a pre-determined past period, first configuration information being sales monetary amount configuration information for products having sales results at the target store. A second configuration information calculation unit 62 calculates second configuration information being sales monetary amount configuration information for products having no sales results at the target store during said period, calculating same on the basis of a prediction model that predicts sales monetary amount configuration information for single product items. A product selection unit 63 selects a specified number of products from among the products calculated by the first configuration information and products calculated by the second configuration information, in order of highest monetary amount indicated by the sales monetary amount configuration information.
