A smart seat, smart interaction system and method for orientation recognition-based game control. The smart seat comprises a smart hardware unit (2), and the smart hardware unit (2) comprises: at least one orientation sensor (21) for sensing a change in an orientation of a seat, and outputting corresponding values for acceleration and angular velocity according to the corresponding change in the orientation; a control panel (26) comprising at least two buttons (29), used for sending out a first game control instruction; a wireless communication module (28) for performing external communication wirelessly; a microprocessor module (23) for receiving corresponding values or signals outputted by a pressure sensor (22) and the orientation sensor (21), processing the same to obtain the orientation of the seat, and outputting the same externally via the wireless communication module (28); and a power supply module (25) for supplying power to each of the modules. By adding the game control buttons (29) to a seat and converting a change in orientation into a directional control in a game, a player can control the game by changing the orientation of the seat, thereby achieving recreational effects through gaming and performing exercise at the same time.
