The invention relates to a technique for modeling economic processes in companies. To generate data about the remuneration of company employees on the basis of labour outcomes, remuneration data is generated and stored in a module of a reference database effective for a company, data is generated and stored about the basic standard costs for one standard hour spent on a deliverable and data is generated about an index of the deliverable, which serve as a basis on which data is determined about the salary of all members of the workforce for n months on the basis of labour outcomes, the monthly salary of each member of the workforce is calculated according to a tariff model, data about the tariff salary of each member of the workforce is collected for n months and totalled, data is obtained about the labour investment of the workforce in the total output of a deliverable, data is determined about the total salary for n months on the basis of the outcomes of each member of the workforce, and, on the basis of this data and the data about the total paid individual salary of each member of the workforce for a period of n-1 months, data about the salary of each member of the workforce is determined on the basis of the labour outcomes for the nth month.
