The present invention relates to a sticker for repairing flaws such as scratches formed on a surface of vehicles and home appliances and, more specifically, to a vehicle and home appliance scratch repair sticker which enables a user to simply repair minor flaws on painted and coated exteriors of vehicles or electrical appliances, to save time and cost for repair work, particularly to attain a surface view as similar as possible to the existing painted surface with respect to a surface to be repaired, and to protect the repaired surface, thereby maintaining the color of repair even after a lapse of time; and a method for manufacturing the same repair sticker.
