In the present invention, the epithelial cells of human colon cancer are taken as the object of study, Nano Zinc Oxide (90.81 nm) with strong cytotoxicity as positive controls and normal cells added no nano-materials as blank controls to make a preliminary investigation into the cytotoxicity of nano-materials using the AO/EB double staining method and the CCK-8 method. The effects on the release levels of ROS, SOD and GSH in Caco-2 cells are detected using the oxidative stress method to investigate the oxidative damage caused by Nano Silver to cells and possible mechanisms. The results show that 76.29 nm silver particles (200 11g/ml) have no obvious effect on the viability of Caco-2 cells, cause no oxidative stress damages to the Caco-2 cells,andimprove the anti-oxidation capacity of the cells, and the anti-oxidation capacity ofthe cells reaches the highest level when the Nano Silver concentration is 50 !Jg/ml.
