摘要

The present invention aims to present a novel method for determining streptomycin including the analysis of honey residues using liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry, whereby the parameters required by different standards are accurately determined. The disclosed method is confirmatory and quantifies streptomycin in honey, using liquid chromatography coupled to negative electrospray mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The positive samples confirm by comparing the ratios between two ion fragments of product. Therefore, the scope of the present invention remains within the universe or the determination of streptomycin and in particular to obtain certainty by the analysis of liquid chromatography and the residues within the honey.
