The invention relates to hydrometallurgical methods for processing ore raw materials and can be used for underground leaching of uranium when extracting uranium from ores. The object of the present invention is to obtain a consortium of psychrotolerant microorganisms for regeneration of trivalent iron under low temperature conditions (10-14°C). The task is solved by isolating strains of psychrotolerant iron-oxidizing microorganisms from samples of process solutions of the Semizbay deposit and creating a consortium of the following psychrotolerant microorganisms deposited at KazNIIPPP LLP: Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans B-503, Acidithiobacillus ferrivorans B-505, Acidithiobacillus ferrivorans B-507, Acidithiobacillus ferrivorans B-510.
