摘要

The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in hydrometallurgy for extraction of non-ferrous, rare and noble metals from sulphide ores or concentrates. The object of the invention is to develop a consortium of psychrotolerant, mesophilic and moderately thermophilic chemolithotrophic microorganisms oxidizing sulphide minerals. The task is solved by isolating strains of psychrotolerant, mesophilic and moderately thermophilic microorganisms from ores and dumps of Akmola Region deposits and creating a consortium of chemolithotrophic microorganisms deposited at KazNIIPPP LLP. The psychrotolerant microorganism is represented by the strain Acidithiobacillus ferrivorans B-505. Mesophilic microorganisms are represented by strains of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans B-502, Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans B-509, Acidithiobacillus thiooxidam B-504. The moderately thermophilic microorganism is represented by the strain Sulfobacillus thermosulfldooxidans B-511.
