a pharmacy formulation preparation jar lid (34) or a pharmacy formulation preparation jar bottom of a pharmacy formulation preparation jar (31) for preparing an individual pharmaceutical product in a pharmacy, wherein the lid pharmacy formulation preparation jug (34) or the pharmacy formulation preparation jug bottom is adapted for fast and detachable bolt attachment to a lift arm of the pharmacy formulation preparation device (56) for a pharmacy formulation preparation device (2) for preparing an individual pharmaceutical product, comprising: a lid plate (35) or a bottom plate, respectively; wherein the lid plate (35) or bottom plate respectively comprises a substantially cylindrical, hollow inwardly extending gripping extension (36) extending from the lid plate (35) upwardly or from the bottom plate down, respectively, and allowing access to the region of the pharmacy formulation preparation jar (31) located below the cover plate (35) or above the bottom plate, respectively, to detachably secure the lid from the pharmacy formulation preparation jar (34) to a lift arm of the pharmacy formulation preparation device (2); and wherein the fixing extension (36) comprises at its outer surface (84) at least two outer threaded regions (54) spaced from each other in the circumferential direction.
