The present disclosure provides monoclonal antibodies against programmed cell death linker protein 1 (pd-11), which can block the binding of pd-11 to pd-1 and thereby block the inhibitory function of pd-11 on cells. t expressing pd-1. The antibodies of the disclosure provide very potent agents for the treatment of multiple cancers by modulating human immune function.
