PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting a plan creation of a production schedule.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a storage part for storing information of a lead time of each of plural steps for producing each constituent, information of steps which are synchronous in productions of different constituents, information of production capacity of a production resource, and information of consumption of the production resource in each step; an input/output part for displaying a processing resu and an operation part for processing information stored in the storage part. The operation part reads the information stored in the storage part, allocates a start date and end date to each step based on steps which are synchronous to the lead time and the consumption of the production resource does not exceed the production capacity, identifies the end date allocated to a previous step of each of plural synchronous steps, then identifies a start date allocated to a step subsequent to the identified end date, then calculates a total sum of the interval between the identified end date and the identified start date, as a non-synchronous degree total, then outputs the calculated non-synchronous degree total to the input/output part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
