The present invention discloses a phantom shrimp osmotic regulation related functional gene EST-SSR marker, a specific primer thereof, and a detection method. The detection method is performed after PCR amplification is performed on a sequence at a microsatellite site by using a specific primer of a vanilla shrimp osmotic pressure regulation-related functional gene EST-SSR marker, using the genome DNA of the shrimp shrimp as a template. The PCR amplification product is typed using a sequenator. The specific primer and detection method for the banana-shrimp osmotic regulation-related functional gene EST-SSR marker used in the present invention can be applied to the genetic structure analysis and molecular marker-assisted breeding of the lobster shrimp species, and particularly, the salt resistance of the lobster shrimp is excellent.
