PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar signal processor with which it is possible to determine a type of an object more quickly, and a radar signal processing method and a radar signal processing program.;SOLUTION: A radar signal processor of one embodiment comprises a radar image acquisition unit, a feature vector derivation unit and an object type discrimination unit. The radar image acquisition unit acquires a radar image. The feature vector derivation unit derives a feature vector having a plurality of elements on the basis of at least the radar image acquired by the radar image acquisition unit. The object type discrimination unit classifies the feature vector derived by the feature vector derivation unit using a boundary surface set in a feature space consisting of the plurality of elements of the feature vector as axes, and thereby discriminates a type of an object represented by the radar image acquired by the acquisition unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
