PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test kit for biomolecule detection applicable also to an emitted light detection device not provided with a filter that transmits only a wavelength area overlapping with an excitation wavelength.;SOLUTION: A test kit for biomolecule detection includes: a test piece for biomolecule detection and labelling reagent particles for molecule particle detection comprising silica nano particles containing phosphorescent dyes expressed by formula (1). The test piece contains a membrane provided with a test area for collecting the molecule particles in which the labelling reagent particles transit. The labelling reagent particles collecting the molecules defined as the labelling materials are fixed to the test area, and the capture material having a binding-property for the molecule particles is introduced onto the surface of phosphorescent dye containing silica nano particles.
