A fencing equipment 100 is described, which is usable for sports or games, comprising a fencing weapon 1, suitable to deliver a hit on a target X, and a detection apparatus 2, electrically connected to each other. The weapon 1 and detection apparatus 2 comprise electric components configured to form, in the fencing equipment 100, an autonomous electrical detection circuit, having an autonomous ground, Such an electric detection circuit is configured to take a resting condition or, when the fencing weapon 1 delivers a hit on the target X, a signalling condition. Such a circuit is further configured to generate an electrical signal Vm which is representative of either the resting or signalling conditions, and which is indicative, in the signalling condition, of at least one electrical property of the target X. A fencing uniform, usable in conjunction with the equipment, and moreover a fencing system and a method for the determination of fencing scores employing the equipment, are also described.
