FIELD: sports.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the training facilities, necessary to prepare athletes to competitions and develop the athlete required physical qualities for army hand-to-hand combat. The disadvantage of the known technical solution is the impossibility of providing necessary and sufficient complex training especially for athletes of army hand-to-hand combat, as for this type of single fight the simultaneous punches and throws of combat are needed, at that it is important, that the athlete arms and legs work in this case is coordinated, and also the lack of the quality control of the actions performed by the athlete (throws, punches). The proposed device makes it possible to provide complex training of the army hand-to-hand combat fighter, his technique training, to increase speed-strength endurance, exactness and power of punches, to determine the power of punches to be applied, as well as the force of throw, to train a group of muscles participating in throwing techniques, to improve the training process as a whole.;EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of quality control and the number of movements performed by the athlete, simultaneous and coordinated training of arms and legs, exactness of punches, training of throwing technique, intensification of the athlete's speed-strength endurance.;2 dwg
