For this purpose, the tamping bar 18, whereby providing the mentioned effects in the direction of the installed blasting charge 5, providing displacement of the sleeve 7 relative to the element 10 with wedge surfaces 11 and 12. In the process of SB 6 ducting operation use the constructively-technological measuring tool 19, that is fixed in the axial direction relative to the element 10 with wedge surfaces 11 and 12 of SB 6. The distance of SB 6 specified installation from the mouth 17 of output 1 register on the control labels or constructive-technological fixing protuberance 20, formed at the measuring tool 19. In the process of structures 8 and 9 wedging of the sleeve 7 perform the element 10 retaining in axial member 10 with wedge surfaces 11 and 12 at the installation site SB 6. For that purpose the fixation of measuring tool 19 relative to the stationary base structure is carried out.;EFFECT: invention enables to provide fixation of stem with complete exception of its contact with explosive materials.;6 cl, 5 dwg
