The present invention relates to a light-shielding cap having built-in sunglasses, which comprises: a body in which a receiving space having opened lower side is formed at the front surface, a guide is formed on both sides of the receiving space, and a fixing groove is formed on the upper end and the lower end of the guide, respectively; and sunglasses inserted into a receiving space and moving up and down along the guide and fixed to a fixing groove by protrusions projecting from upper ends of both sides. According to the present invention, the receiving space is formed in the front surface of the cap, and the sunglasses can be moved up and down in the receiving space, so that it is not necessary to carry a hat and sunglasses separately and the sunglasses can be provided with a light shielding hat which can prevent damage by external impact.
