An on-line constant correction method for sensorless control of a recessed permanent magnet synchronous motor is disclosed. An on-line constant correction method according to the present invention includes the steps of: extracting a motor constant on-line using a recursive least squares method; estimating a back electromotive force of the motor using the motor constant; and estimating, based on the estimated back electromotive force, And generating an error value between the rotor rotation angle and the estimated rotor rotor. Accordingly, not only the error in the counter electromotive force estimation can be eliminated, but also the motor constant can be estimated on-line, and the sensor constant control performance can be improved by continuously reflecting the estimated constant value to the sensorless control.
