The present invention relates to a student self-governing court system. The student self-governing court system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a reward and penalty point managing system for accumulating, storing, and managing reward and penalty points for each specific student; a user terminal including a prosecutor terminal, a judge terminal, a student terminal, a lawyer terminal, a jury terminal, a teacher terminal, and a parent terminal; and a self-governing server managing the proceedings of the self-governing court. The reward and penalty point managing system includes: a warning module with a condition warning function; a good deed induction module; a subtraction accumulating module for subtracting the reward points from the penalty points; and a redundancy accumulating module.
