The present invention relates to a method and a system for brokering an international intellectual property (IP) application to achieve exchange IP. In the present invention, IOU which is a transaction intermediary provides exchange information to a user through an Internet website, exchanges information and tasks with the user through the website, and connects exchange intermediation. The IOU precisely analyzes clients of each patent office in the world and transaction volume thereof, and mainly analyzes incoming and outgoing exchange rates. The present invention activates the intrinsic value of a new outgoing transaction to allow revenue sharing to the user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
