Disclosed are a display panel having a warpage measurement pattern, a display device including the same, and a method for detecting a warpage defect of the display panel by using the warpage measurement pattern. The disclosed invention comprises: a panel part with a flat plate shape which is arranged to have the predetermined length and the width; and a warpage occurrence display part which is arranged in the panel part so as to display whether to occur a warpage of the panel part. The warpage occurrence display part includes a plurality of warpage measurement patterns which are disposed to be spaced apart by a predetermined distance along the width direction or the longitudinal direction of the panel part. According to the present invention, the present invention can effectively suppress an occurrence of a process error during a modularization process of the display panel, an equipment operation failure due to the process error, and an occurrence of the defect of the modular display panel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
