The present invention relates to: a method for providing a probiotics agent and/or a malodor reducing agent with excellent antibacterial performance or malodor removal performance by culturing or fermenting lactic acid bacteria by using rice washing water obtained by washing water; a probiotics agent manufactured by the same method; and/or a malodor reducing agent manufactured by the same method. The method for manufacturing a livestock probiotics agent by using rice washing water comprises the following steps: preparing the rice washing water with a solid material concentrate of 1.5-2.0 wt% by a rice washing process using washing water and rice; performing a first fermentation by adding 1 wt% of a pre-cultured lactic acid strain and 2 wt% of molasses into the rice washing water; separating a supernatant by centrifuging the first fermented liquid; filtrating the separated supernatant; performing a second fermentation to age the fermented liquid at room temperature for 10 days; and filtrating the fermented liquid. The present invention is to provide a means for supplying an eco-friendly probiotics agent to a farmer, effectively reducing malodor of livestock manure, and effectively utilizing rice washing water which may act as an environmental contaminant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
