The present invention relates to a nano ceramic paint base composition, and nano ceramic paints prepared by adding functional additives suitable for each intended purpose of use to the nano ceramic paint base composition. The nano ceramic paint base composition is prepared by a process in which 45-57 wt% of a silane compound, 26-36 wt% of a silicate compound, and 15-22 wt% of N-butanol are combined and stirred for 30-60 minutes while the temperature is maintained at 40-60°C, and then aged for 24 hours. The silane compound is obtained by a process in which two or more silane compounds selected from methyl methoxy silane, octyl ethoxy silane, and amino silane, and isopropyl alcohol, and a fluorine-based surfactant are stirred together at a predetermined ratio while a mixing temperature is maintained at 40-60°C, to be reacted; and the silicate compound is obtained by a process in which colloidal silica sol, distilled water, a thickener, and acetic acid are mixed at a predetermined ratio, stabilized to pH 6-7, and stirred while a temperature is maintained at 40-60°C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
