The present invention relates to a gait rehabilitation apparatus having a virtual reality linked complex terrain gait training function comprising: a gait training device including a foothold supporting foots of a gain trainee who performs the gait training, a gait exercise unit driven according to a gait trajectory corresponding to a virtual environment and a display showing images contained in the virtual environment; a gait training simulation unit including one or more gait training programs controlling the gait training device in response to the virtual environment and implementing the gait training according to the gait training programs; and a gait training selection unit installed to be connected to the gait training simulation unit and including a forceful mode for making the gait trainee manually perform the gait training according to a state of the gait trainee and a feedback mode for enabling the gait trainee to actively perform the gait training, thereby enabling the trainee to perform various kinds of gait training according to the state of the gait trainee.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
