The present invention provides a small electronic apparatus case, capable of being efficiently formed at low costs by drawing; difficult to cause defects during formation; scratches not remained on a surface by forming; and having excellent appearance. According to the present invention, an aluminum alloy rolled laminated plate is formed in the small electronic apparatus case by drawing, comprising: an aluminum alloy rolled plate with 0.2% durability over 200 Mpa; and a cladding stacked on one or both surfaces of the aluminum alloy rolled plate. The cladding is made of a synthetic resin film or a laminate stacking a synthetic resin on both surface of a metal film. The aluminum alloy rolled plate has a fibrous crystalline structure extended in a direction perpendicular to a thickness direction.
