The present invention provides a system for an application service for discounting a meal charge for a university student using a mobile advertisement platform, comprising: a mobile terminal including a mobile advertisement platform; and a meal ticket issuing machine interlinked with a self-application service of the mobile terminal to issue a meal ticket. The mobile terminal runs a target type-advertisement for a specific target on the mobile advertisement platform, provides reward type-electronic money to a participating target to be accumulated, and performs a purchase request process to the meal ticket issuing machine based on the accumulated reward type-electronic money. The meal ticket issuing machine discounts the price of a meal ticket while corresponding to the reward type-electronic money based on the mobile advertisement platform and issues a meal ticket at a discounted price. Through the mobile advertisement platform, the burden of school meal costs for university students is relieved, the burden of high costs for advertisements to advertisers is relieved, and an inefficient advertisement factor exposed to unspecified individuals is removed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
