The present invention relates to a health food composition using Opuntia humifusa and cheonggukjang (fast- fermented soybean paste) and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a health food composition which provides a fermented food useful for health and has excellent antioxidant activity by fermenting Opuntia humifusa with cheonggukjang, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a health food composition using Opuntia humifusa and cheonggukjang comprises: a mixing step of mixing 10 to 30 parts by weight of cheonggukjang powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of Opuntia humifusa stem powder, and obtaining mixed powder; a kneading step of adding bacillus subtilis and water, and kneading dough; and a grinding step of drying and grinding the fermented material and obtaining fermented powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
