The present invention relates to a health food composition using Opuntia humifusa and cheonggukjang (fast- fermented soybean paste) and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a health food composition which provides a fermented food useful for health and has excellent antioxidant activity by fermenting Opuntia humifusa with cheonggukjang, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
