The present invention relates to an eco-friendly finishing material additive for a building, a finishing material composition including the same, and an eco-friendly finishing material for a building. The eco-friendly finishing material additive for a building according to the present invention is manufactured by including gypsum, activated carbon, jade powder, adsorptive deodorant, carbon nanotube-graphene binder, and nanosilica. The activated carbon powder is manufactured through: a step of cutting and processing each of a bamboo tree, an oak tree, and a pine tree to a length of 500 to 1,000 mm; an activated carbon production step of carbonizing each of the cut and processed bamboo tree, oak tree, and pine tree at a temperature of 1,000 to 1,500 degrees Celsius; a step of sorting and separating the carbonized activated carbons; and a step of grinding each of the separated activated carbons and sorting them into a particle diameter of 50 to 250 meshes. The adsorptive deodorant is formed by mixing of a graft polymer obtained by electron beam graft polymerization of diatomite, zeolite, adsorbent, gelrite, and alginic acid. The carbon nanotube-graphene binder is produced by stirring being performed on carbon nanotube and graphene powder in a rotary furnace heated to 700 degrees Celsius. According to the present invention, moisture is rapidly evaporated by the gypsum during setting in the early stage of curing, and thus the setting can be accelerated. During drying following the setting, the drying is delayed by continuous moisture supply by the activated carbon or the adsorptive deodorant, and thus cracking of a floor or a wall of the building attributable to rapid drying can be prevented. In addition, a desired compressive strength can be obtained from curing time adjustment, wear resistance, chemical resistance, and surface strength improvement can be achieved, builders′ and users′ health can be promoted, and a pleasant environment can be created.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
