The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome using a peptide nucleic acids (PNA) probe. More particularly, the present invention relate to a method for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome using a primer pair which can amplify amelogenin, a gene for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome, and a PNA probe which can be hybridized with the gene. According to the present invention, the PNA probe and primer pair for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome can be used to simply and rapidly distinguish amelogenin, a gene for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome, thereby being useful for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
