The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome using a peptide nucleic acids (PNA) probe. More particularly, the present invention relate to a method for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome using a primer pair which can amplify amelogenin, a gene for distinguishing sex and diagnosing Klinefelter syndrome, and a PNA probe which can be hybridized with the gene.
