ANIMAL MODEL FOR INVESTIGATING IMPAIRED REALITY TESTING DISORDER BY USING REPRESENTATION-MEDIATED TASTE AVERSION LEARNING IN PLCamp;beta;1 MUTANT MOUSE, AND SCREENING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a method for performing a behavior experiment of an animal model, wherein the method can confirm an impaired reality testing disorder related to hallucination and delusion by using a mouse in which a phospholipase Cβ1 gene is knocked out. In particular, on the basis of results of olfactory discrimination learning and conditioned taste aversion learning using a mouse, representation-mediated taste aversion learning is performed, and a change in a representation-mediated taste aversion behavior according to the quantity (number) of training times is confirmed. Accordingly, a representation-mediated learning experiment method needed in studying the biology of an impaired reality testing disorder related to hallucination and delusion can be provided.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
