A remote monitoring system for a landslide and a debris flow of the present invention includes: a data logger which is installed in soil, and receives self-supporting power to measure rainfall and pore water pressure of the ground and transmit data; and a remote server which receives data regarding the measured rainfall and the pore water pressure of the ground to calculate a first pore water pressure increase rate by using precipitation duration time, rainfall intensity, and soil moisture percentage, and estimates a second pore water pressure increase rate after a predetermined time by using the calculated first pore water pressure increase rate to transmit a warning.
