The present invention is characterized in that a living room is arranged in an upper layer and a plurality of bedrooms are arranged in a lower layer in a design structure of a multi-storey apartment building in which two units each consisting of an upper and a lower unit are integrated into one unit. Further, the present invention is characterized in that a frame including a slab of one generation in a side wall shared between adjacent households is spaced away from each other, and a sound-absorbing wall is additionally installed in a spaced-apart space of both sides to connect the adjacent households . In addition, the present invention is characterized in that, in a fire, a corridor of an upper floor is used as a horizontal evacuation passage, and an evacuation passage formed on an evacuation balcony of a lower layer and an evacuation ladder are used as a vertical evacuation passage.
